DELIVERY INFOFMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days, either by carrier or royal mail recorded
delivery. Deliveries are made to the card holders address only between 8am and 6pm.
Your parcel must be signed for when it is delivered. If you are not available when the parcel
arrives,it will be taken to the nearest delivery centre. You can then contact the delivery centre and arrange to collect the
parcel yourself or have it re-delivered at a more conveniant time. You will have 7 days in which to do this, after which it
will be returned to us.
LOCAL EVENING DELIVERY POSSIBLE, ( CHARGES VARY) PLEASE DISCUSS AT TIME OF ORDER.
RETURNS
Goods may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. A refund will only be given if the
items are returned in their original packaging with all the labeling, together with proof of purchase.
Goods must be returned via a traceable and insured delivery route ( ie Royal mail special delivery)
Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods
If goods are to be exchanged, additional delivery charges will be made.
This does not effect your statutory rights
