Personalised products cannot be cancelled once confirmed

We will take all reasonable care to ensure your details are kept secure but we cannot be liable for any loss if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

During lock down we are only open for dispatch on a Tuesday

Orders will only be dispatched once completed

Postal ordered will be shipped via courier or royal mail

CLICK AND COLLECT FROM STORE

In keeping with Government guidelines, we will continue to offer a free click and collect service form store.

Collection times updated weekly

RETURNS POLICY

If the product is unwanted please return within 28 days for a refund.

Products must be in good condition with all packaging and tags.

Personalised products cannot be refunded.

Garments can be exchanged for a different size for 2 months after purchase.
